Announcement Regarding the Establishment of an Independent Ethics Review Panel for the Newly Added "Publishing Ethics Zone"

To further strengthen compliance management throughout the entire academic publishing process, strictly align with COPE international publishing ethics guidelines and Scopus inclusion standards, and thoroughly solidify the journal's academic credibility, the journal's editorial board and publisher management committee have jointly reviewed and approved the following important compliance construction measures, which are now publicly announced to the global academic community:

Establish a 3-person independent ethics review team that has no association with this journal.  Each quarter, an independent citation ethics review panel will randomly select no fewer than 15% of newly published papers for review, focusing on whether there are any instances of concentrated citations pointing to journals that have been removed from the journal's database, or cross-journal citation manipulation. If academic misconduct is confirmed, the paper will be rejected, corrected, or retracted directly according to COPE's standard procedures. All audit results will be documented and archived. A public citation compliance report will be published annually on the journal's website in the "Publication Ethics Zone."

This journal solemnly promises that it will take this upgrade of the compliance system as an opportunity to integrate citation ethics control throughout the entire publishing process, continuously create a fair, transparent, and standardized high-quality academic exchange platform for scholars in the field, and proactively accept full supervision from the global academic community.
